BRIAN GIUFFRIDA

Brian Giuffrida has a background in distribution, sales, marketing, business development, and corporate strategy. He has held leadership roles for blue-chip companies, including Texas Instruments, Vignette, and FTP Software.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 

ABE ABOODY

Abe has a background in public accounting, having performed work on business valuation, audit, and fraud examination engagements. Prior to VAPRO Supply and Exhale Vapors, he was Director of Finance/Corporate Controller for a mid-size software company in Austin, Texas.

Abe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from Baruch College (City University of New York) and an MBA in Accountancy from University at Buffalo.
