Shipping Policies

Our order processing is extremely aggressive. To provide our customers with the greatest convenience and advantage, we operate six (6) days a week and push the limits of our carriers' deadlines. For United States Postal Service (USPS) shipments, we provide an additional advantage by delivering your packages directly to the USPS Priority Mail sorting facility. This additional effort lengthens your daily shipping window and shortens delivery times by eliminating the hop that shipments typically take from the post office to the sorting facility.

After Hours (AH!) Shipping

Customers can extend VAPRO Supply's industry-leading same-day shipping deadlines by selecting "After Hours (AH!) Shipping" during checkout. The After Hours Shipping option is only available after the standard shipping deadline has passed. The Terms and Conditions of VAPRO Supply's unique shipping guarantee apply to all orders for which this option is selected.

 

Saturday Shipments

VAPRO Supply offers three shipping options that provide Saturday pickup and/or delivery: USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Priority Overnight, and FedEx Standard Overnight. For shipments that MUST be at your location on a Saturday, we strongly recommend FedEx Priority Overnight.

FedEx Ground only operates on Saturday for the four weekends between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. During the rest of the year, VAPRO Supply will pick and pack all Saturday orders that specify FedEx Ground as their method of shipment; however, those packages will not begin moving until the following Monday.

 

Free Shipping

When the total cost of the products in your cart at checkout (after discounts) exceeds $999.99, VAPRO Supply pays the full cost of shipping. Free shipping options are typically only available to customers in the contiguous 48 states.

 

Subsidized Shipping

All of our available shipping methods are either flat-rate or have flat-rate options available. For our Texas customers, we suggest our FedEx Ground options, which will typically arrive at your door the next business day. Please remember, though, FedEx Ground does not deliver on Saturday.

Shipments outside of the contiguous 48 states and shipments that include bulk items are not eligible for VAPRO Supply's free or flat-rate options.

In the event that FedEx does not meet its service guarantee, customers can notify VAPRO Supply and we will gladly place the claim with FedEx to recover your shipping costs. VAPRO Supply will credit customer accounts for the shipping fees from successful claims as soon as the claim has been paid by FedEx.

USPS Priority Mail is a highly reliable, consistent shipping method, but it does not provide a service guarantee. While USPS Priority Mail shipments reach almost every customer within two to three business days, the service can vary and does not provide any compensation for delayed packages.

 

Delayed and Lost Shipments

Shipments can experience delays and complications beyond VAPRO Supply's control. While we will make every effort to work with the carriers on your behalf to locate and expedite these shipments, customers assume full responsibility for their packages as soon as they have been shipped from VAPRO Supply (FOB Shipping Point).

 

Drop-Shipping

Out of concern for the retail shops we serve, VAPRO Supply does not support drop-ship or eBay-only businesses. VAPRO Supply accounts from which drop-shipping has been attempted may be closed without warning.

 

Shipments to Residential Addresses and Post Office Boxes

Because of federal and state regulations requiring age verification, VAPRO Supply ships to commercial addresses only. Shipments to residential addresses or post office boxes may be cancelled without warning. Continued shipping to residential addresses may result in account cancellation without warning.

 

Maximum Order Quantities

VAPRO Supply built its name on supplying new products first. From our arrangements with suppliers to our lightning-fast shipping, VAPRO Supply’s process is designed to be the shortest path from the manufacturer to the shop. Usually, though, quantities of new products are limited by early manufacturing challenges. While supply remains limited, VAPRO Supply temporarily imposes purchase limits to ensure that all of our customers have early access to the samples they need for promotional purposes. Our maximum daily order quantities are on a per option, per shop, per day basis and ensure a steady, prolonged supply while manufacturers ramp production. Orders that exceed our daily maximum are subject to cancellation without warning.

 

Stocking Issues

If your order is subject to a stocking issue, you will be contacted by telephone as soon as the issue is identified. You will be provided with options for substitution or credit, and the changes will be made immediately to ensure same-day shipping. In the event that you cannot be reached, you will be notified by email that a credit for any affected item(s) has been placed on your account and the balance of the order will be shipped.
