We pride ourselves on having one of the easiest and most liberal return policies in the electronic cigarette industry. As the only company in the vapor industry dedicated to wholesale, VAPRO Supply’s return policy reflects our commitment to retailers and our unique alignment with their interests.
Generally, defective products may be returned for exchange or credit (based on product availability and subject to VAPRO Supply's discretion) within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. (International customers are eligible for credit only.) For items purchased through Advance Reservations, we accept returns for defective items within thirty (30) days of the shipping date. Specific product return policy exceptions may be detailed in the product’s description on our web site. E-Liquid, bottles, and items marked as "Bulk," "Clearance," "Closeout," and/or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
To request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA), please view the Order History listed in your online account (My Account > View All Orders). Orders containing items eligible for return under the terms of VAPRO Supply's Return Policy will display an "RMA Request" link. Click the RMA Request link corresponding to the order containing the device you wish to return. Complete the form and submit. VAPRO Supply will review your request and respond within one (1) business day.
Please note, RMAs are effective for ten (10) business days from their date of issue. Any material received on an RMA older than ten (10) days will be returned to the sender without resolution.
When returning defective items, please include a copy of the invoice on which the item was purchased, highlight the item being returned, and reference the RMA number provided by VAPRO Supply Customer Care. VAPRO Supply will not process any returns that do not contain the appropriate documentation.
We make every effort to minimize the processing time for your replacement (or credit). Returns are typically processed the day they are received.
